View Full Version : whats the name of an old cat cartoon?

:confused:
a few of us can not remember the name of an old (about 15-20 years) cartoon that had cats in it. I would always get it confused w/ heathcliff (kinda looked similar). BUt the main cat A yellow one lived in a junk yard along w/ a couple other ones, a big purple cat & cant remember what other one. But They were kinda like a gang. Was it the aristocats? or junkyard cats?

Would it be Felix the Cat??? That's the only one I remember that far back.

nope its not felix or top cat or garfield. He looked most like heathcliff than any other cartoon caracter. It was just a little more modern than top cat

my older brothers & i would watch it in the morning before school, i think it was on right before or right after heathcliff

One of my brothers THINKS it may have been produced by hanna barbara but i am not for certain.
We have been racking our brains for a couple weeks, searching, asking.

could it be Snagglepuss or Courageous Cat?
EDIT: NO I think you ARE thinking of the Aristocats. There was a segment with a junkyard gang.
