I guess it wasn't *too* bad. Besides the fact that my aunt, who hates dogs, made me very upset/angry. But, I won't get completely into that, lets just say it has to do with mistreating my dogs. (Not hurting them, just treating them as property other than family:mad:  )

Simba & Nala before everyone arrived. clean and clothed in their festive bandanas.

Anyways -- We had TONS of food. Two tables full, plus the kitchen counters had Turkey and stuff.

One of the table, mostly with finger foods/snacks

Ed, Grandma Rose, Brother Kenny, Grandpa Jim at the other table, it has stuffing, mashed potatoes, bean salad, green bean casserole, baked mac & cheese and tons of other stuff..

My cousin David, which is around 13 or so... With Nala. He was the tallest person today in our home, and he makes Nala look SMALL.

Nala entertained everyone before we ate, they couldn't get overhow I was albe to train them to hold things in their mouths. They kept asking me if I wanted to be a dog trainer or Vet...

Since they don't eat Human food anymore, I bought them turkey wet food, just to mixx with htier normal food.

Great pictures as usual KayAnn! Looks like you were all well fed! ;) Your cousin Jenny is going to kill you!! :D :D :D

PS - I just noticed that Nala is wearing a halter. Why do you use that on her - does she tug? I was thinking of trying one on Bella since I need to use the Halti with her and she doesn't enjoy it in the least.

Yeah, she tugs alot. Her normal collar chokes her, because she pulls, so we use the harness when we go for walks. It's also easier to grab her out of people's face since she THINKS she's a lap dog.

It stops her from pulling alot, and she walks alot nicer on it.:)

I was looking at one of the mail order catalogs and they have a harness thing called a Sporn. Have you ever heard of that? I would like to switch Bella from the Halti to a harness or halter just because I know she doesn't like the feeling of it on her face, although it does work! She walks very well with it but when it's on and she's not walking she tries to get it off. You should see her in the waiting room at the vet's. She lays on the floor and rubs her face on the ground!

Sorry to hear your aunt acted like that with your dogs.

Loved your pics though, your dogs are awesome! I love how they just sit there for the camera, great shots! :)
