That's cute. I used to know a girl years ago with a long-haired tuxie kitty named Sneakers. Sneakers LOVED to be vacummed and on one occasion I witnessed this cat going nuts as the owner vacummed every part of him, including the back end. It was too funny.:D :D

My mother-in-law had a cat who LOVED to be vaccumed....I think it was a Siamese (before my time!)

I vacuum my cat Ash from time to time, he used to quite like it, but he is not so keen now, however my mothers RB cat Astra used to love it, she was a chocolate burmese, my RB sooti was petrified and Lexie is just plain curious about it all.

Mango actually chases the upright vacuum around the house while it's running. He definitely needs to tell it who is the boss! Haven't tried to vacuum him, though (with the hose, of course!). I'm not sure he'd be as docile about it as Lukku Laki (which means "Lucky Luke" in Icelandic).

Me too, both of my shead like there is no tomorrow in the spring. It would be nice to be able to vaccumm them.:)

I wish my cats would like the vacuum, too! It would be neat to just hook up a brush to a vacuum. It would sure cut down on the mess.

For the Winter edition we are planning an article about giving your kitty a bath (with pictures!) and a brief article about the PAWS/LA (Pets Are Wonderful Support) pet art auction held last Sunday. Three art pieces featuring Mango, Bubbles or Peaches raised $1,295 for the charity. PAWS provides daily pet care at no cost for people with terminal or crippling illnesses so that these people can keep their pets until the end. On the subject of shedding, have any of you tried the Zoom Groom by Kong Cat? Bubbles loves being groomed with it and it removes an amazing amount of loose hair from her. Mango took a while to warm up to it but now it's part of his regular grooming - along with weekly teeth brushing and nail clipping.

How cool!!! Zam doesn't mind being in the same room as the vacuum as long as I keep it on the floor (she'll be on the couch or a chair).

Logan and Kia on the other hand, freak out and hide.

I have to tell them to move, when I want to clean the carpets etc. They follow me from room to room and attack the wand. I should try to vaccum them / their hair.

that is amazing , as the Found Cats and the vacuum cleaner here , have been fighting a guerilla war for as long as I can remember! Moose even takes swats athe noisy ,growling MONSTER! GRRR! HISSSSS! SpiT!
