Friend or Foe?

My friend brought her 13year old hound over for a visit. Well, Leila and Holly made a new friend , while Mischief and Mulan made a foe! Poor Mischieviea ran and hid under the bed :(

Kind of hard to reply. Do I vote Yes my cats consider dogs Friends or No my cats consider dogs Foes?

I don't have cats myself, but my brother's two kitties Orion & Caeleigh consider dogs friends.

Orion even wrestles with them.

Okay, I voted. My 2 absolutely hate, loath and despise dogs. They will sit on their window ledge and growl like dogs at the 3 boxers that live two houses over.

My RB kitty Kuhio absolutely adored dogs. These 2 must have had some bad experiences.

Its hard to say , but BoBo and Mr. Scrappy were pretty chummy with the little Sheedop Pup that used to live next door! But that was years ago , and he was fairly small for his breed!

Nakita has only encountered one dog so far.

It was my neighbours dog and Nakita was interested in becoming friends until he slipped under the fence and chased her! :eek: :rolleyes:

So I think the jury is still out on friend or foe.

I don't have any puppies, so we don't know for sure.

However, Bob has encountered a couple of puppies at the vet and he did not hiss and spit at them. So, I would hope that he would at least give friendship with a dog a chance. :)
