As for a cut off date, I hate to turn anyone down but I understand the problem. I'd rather not be 'the bad guy' so let's vote....

I thought in the original thread that the deadline was the 25th. I wasn't for sure if I was going to do it or not that is why I waited. I'm pretty sure I would like to do this now and I hope it is not too late. Let me know if I can still join the list and I will send in my info.

You are very correct ma'am! The original date was 11/25th! Some people wanted to get a head start on things and requested the list be sent earlier.

As for a cut off date, I have no idea as to what would be fair for everyone. Maybe the original date of November 25th? That would probably be the best date since it was stated in the original post.

Just wanted to let everyone know that Johanna's (Cataholic) zip code is wrong on the list. It's listed as 75227 and it shoud be 45227. I knew it had to be wrong, cause 75227 is a zip code here in my area! :D

Yes, HayleyRosie is in Canada. And yes, NL is Newfoundland. I looked her address up on Canadian Postal Code Lookup (http://www.westminster.ca)

I don't want to be a pain (yep, I know I'm a pain :p ) but is there anyway you could email (maybe just those who request it...ehem, me :D) a list that has EVERYONE (new additions) on it like around Dec. 1st? I know some send them out earlier, but I don't think I sent mine until like Dec. 10 at least last year....and I'm horrible at keeping track of everyone and all the changes. Just for the unorganized and easily confused souls like me...

I need to go and get some paper! I love making them, it's so much fun! I hope my digital camera is fixed soon!

It's just very frustrating/time consuming to email everyone 60,000 times (ok, little exaggeration there :eek: ). But if you stop to think, there's approx. 60 ppl on the Xmas card list, and I have to send emails individually. (Some have "spam blockers" or ?? installed and even though I send them BCC, they don't receive the email.)

I've sent out 3 "lists" (1 original list, 2 updates/corrections).
So, 60 x 3 = 180 emails
And I have at least one more email to send out ..... = 240

I'm **NOT** in the least bit upset at the people still signing up!!
Rather, I'm miffed at myself for not sticking to the original plan... would've been much easier.

try highlighting it. it was cut off for me, too, but when I highlighted the text all the names showed up
