Am I the only person that feels like the number of mistreated pets is too high? Most of it is because the people are careless. When someone sees a dog or any animal being mistreated they should call the local dog shelter or someone that can do something about it! Not just look away and feel sorry for it!!!:mad: If people really love animals, they should tell someone when they see an animal being mistreated. People need to think it out before buying a pet. Because so many pet owners stop caring about a dog once it has outgrown puppyhood. No, you CAN NOT do that. Please tell me that I am not the only one that feels this way.
