Max is running around the house like a maniac and Jake is patiently waiting in the kitchen for his dinner. After dinner we'll play (that's our nightly routine) and then go to bed.

I love the site and all, but I think that there should be a pet pen pal deal where you can talk to people who feel as strongly about pets as I do. I just think that it would be neat. If anyone agrees with me let me know. I might be able to get the idea through to Karen.;)

Let me take a look.
They had a long morning of running around outside, stealing my socks and playing tug of war, and just being dogs, so....
Jada is in here sleeping under the window, soaking up the sun, Abbey is behind me, dead to the world, Kito is in the kitchen, "guarding" the door, and Riley is chomping away on a bone:)

But I may have to run Lucee up to the vet if her scar is swelling. It did yesterday, but looked good this morning. She has an appt tomorrow for a booster shot, but I may not want to wait if it's red. Strange it would take this long to get infected or swell up??

My boys, Oskar, Macs and Mr. T. are inside the house with me. We live in So. Calif., Santa Clarita, and just went though a fire scare in the area. The smoke and ashes are terrible but getting better. I hated to leave them outside in their yard yesterday and today, with the bad air conditions, so I stayed home from work to be with them. Everything is getting better by the minute, so we will just hang out together today inside. We are doing fine now. Our hearts and prayers go out to the people and their pets who have lost their homes. Our prayers are for all those pets who got lost in the mess of the fires, and hope that they all find their way home.

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but I do believe that is what this whole site is based on. Obviously, people feel pretty dang strongly about their pets here.......but whatever. :confused::confused::confused:

Oh, BTW-->Moose is standing next to the vent. The air conditioning is on and he keeps popping his head over the vent. Everytime the air actually hits him, he pulls his head back, sneezes, and swats at the vent with his paw. He's a clever one and is obviously easily amused. ;)
