I wasn't sure if this should go in the new 'Meeting' forum or here... Since it's all dog photos I decided this would be good :)

Yesterday was Seattle's Dog-O-Ween :D We met up with Tom and Katz (tomkatzid) and Kat (Cheshirekatt) and of course the furkids! :D Here's a few pics from the event:

It seemed like throughout the whole day there was always a dog laying in this puddle between those rocks. I really want to know why that was so entertaining to them!!

Guess what?!?

Avie (my great-aunt) was telling me earlier this morning that she saw a brief showing of the 'Dog-O-Ween' on the news last night. A few hours later, as I was showing her my pics from the event, she pointed to Lucee in this photo:

and said 'that's the dog they showed on the news' :D
When she saw the other photos of Lucee in her costume she was even more sure of it :D She said they showed one other dog, but she didn't see it in any of my photos.

So, another congrats to Lucee for making it on the evening news!! :D

Did anyone else catch it?? Avie couldn't remember which channel she saw it on.

I didn't see her, but a friend of mine said he saw ME on the news last night, NW cable news channel 2, and today they have been showing a little bit of the dog-o-ween on that channel.
Boy, a month or so ago Lucee was dumped in the woods, now she is a TV star.....you go girl!!!!
I sure wish Avie could have made it to the dog-o-ween, she is great.....tell her we hope to see her in the future.......tom
