It's most likely somebodys pet that got loose. :( Moutain Lion in Ohio, I highly doubt it got there on its own. Ohio does not have the habitat most Moutain Lions live in. :(

Hope it stays safe!

There were reports here, yesterday, which I have not read myself, but heard on the radio, that a black Panther was spotted in our town. That would be strange too! :) I wish these kitties would stay where they're supposed to be and not get into the populated areas. :(

yeah, I highly doubt it was a M. lion. But if so, I hope it will stay safe and back where it belongs.

There are often reports of big cat sightings here in the UK, in fact a few years ago a very trusworthy person spotted one extremely close my home!
Anyway here are links to two recent reported sightings. The first one being from Ireland (where people are allowed to keep wild animals without any license or inspections!)

The second report is about sightings in England

I am trying to find a link that was GREAT, but I can't seem to find it on the search. Darn, it was a really good site too.
