I love black and white photography-- It makes even the stupidest, boring things interesting.
For example -- Some photos I took just now, of course -- Simba doesn't fall into the stupidest, boring section but, I had to add him in it :)

Gorgeous pictures, Kay! Simba is sooooo cute! I love black and white photos too, sometimes pictures look better in B & W than in color. You should take some b & w pictures of Nala!!!!!! :D
Here are my three favorite pictures that I took and changed to black and white:

Actually, I prefer black and white. It's more artsy. I love that one of Simba all stretched out. And I see you haven't cut your hair yet :)
Here's one I took of an old tree near my house. I love it. I got a lot of pics of it.

Definitely! Great pics, Kay! I love the tennis shoes!
Have you tried Sepia tones?? I think they soften the pictures a bit. I love this picture of my neice that I turned into Sepia tones...

Those are cool! I really like the roses, they're beautiful pics.
Here’s some I took of a dragon fly not too long ago.

Micki, I love the one in the purple! How did you do that one? My camera won't do the really close up things like that.
I too, love black and white photos! Wow micki! That's a really great pic! I am wondering too, how did you do that? Great pics everyone!

Thanks! That one is negative art, a setting on my camera just like sephia or black and white. There was a storm brewing that day and it just turned out really cool. That's one of my favorites. :) I had to run in shortly after the b&w one when the storm kicked in.
I also really like the solarize setting. I use that one a lot too.

Great pics, Micki!
Valerie -- You can make it negative in PSP like that as well. :)
