A Tale of Unimaginable Torture!! By Boomer *cute*

Hello, this is Boomer. The story I am about to tell you is a sad one. A tale of torture. A tale of pain and scratches (for Meomy). A tale of... bum bum bum... A BATH!!

It all began when meomy started acting funny and closing doors around the house... In the back of my little kitty mind, I KNEW what was about to go down, so I did what I do best: http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid85/p1a93a64797fe3b38724224aafd733b5b/fabfdac0.jpg ... begged for mercy... but despite my unfathomable adorableness and those little soft whimpers that usually make meomy melt, she persisted!! Before I could run and hide under the cushions of my chair I heard IT, the horrible sound of my TORTURE CHAMBER being prepared:http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid85/pee3cd02728fde2ceec10a8e03e5b8eb9/fabfdabc.jpg I tried to escape, I begged, I meowed, I tried to climb up meowmie's leg, but before I knew it, the door to freedom was closed in my face. :eek: http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid85/p646224d469f56106a508d24ec010676c/fabfdabb.jpg I tried to give her the cold shoulder, hoping she would give up and leave me alone:

But as for now, excuse me, I have to lick myself until I'm dry and back to my beautiful old self. Thank you for your time.

Hi Boomer, Tigris here.
I think you had to take the bath as this is Japanese style. It looks as if your meowmie at least didn't use this terribly smelling stuff with white flakes they are using themselves.

My meowmie only did it to me once because I spilled some stuff on my beautiful overall (she said it was nail polish remover). I said I would rip her arm off if she tried again and she believes me.

Why doesn't your mom believe you?

Dear Boomer,
Why do you put up with this torture? Take some good advice - as soon as your meownie picks you up, start to squirm and wiggle and hiss. If she manages to get you into the water - don't just sit there! Jump out immediately and shake water all over the room. She will soon hate having to dry everything down. OK, so she gets the Pantene ProV on you and starts to rub...THIS is a purrrfect time for escape because you are slippery and the mess you make a mess in the bathroom that will be even BETTER! When "pretty kitty cocoon" time comes - get the heck out and go spread drops of water everywhere!! RUN!!! If it gets this far, maybe you should try laying down and panting pathetically so she thinks maybe she has given you a heart attack or something. What do you say? Then, by all means, make her pay for at least the rest of the day with the butt in the face or cold shoulder treatment. Resist being cute. Glare at her. Go BOOMER!!! No Sooner should have to suffer these indignities! Take these hints from your aunt Emily and uncle Eliot. We got tortured only twice since April and our mom is NOT going to try this again, except for quick butt baths which are quite bearable. That is only for stinky butt Eliot.

Dear Boomer,

I will only speak for myself, because Pichu doesn't seem to share my opinion. Bath is great!!! Bath with special kitty bubble shampoo, what could a kitty ask for more? You don't share my opinion too :confused: ? OK, I'll let Pichu talk to you then.

I only had a bath in my life and I hated it. Vio promised, though, that I will get one from time to time :( . I only hope Juni will be there for me, to save me in case of a bath.

Oh, Boomer, you poor thing...our meowmie knows better than to attempt that with us, although when we need a bath we end up going for a car ride.....maybe we should let her give us our baths instead of that dreaded car ride.

I am very sorry to hear of the torture you had to endure. My mommy tried to bathe me once, but I successfully turned the tables and tortured her instead.

Even though the idea of a bath is disgraceful, you do make a very pretty kitty cocoon!
