Sorry, I'm not meaning to make an overly pointless thread here...

But I have two questions. How do you make the symbol for Paragraph on your computer? It looks like a P with an extra line in it kind of...

Also does anyone know how to correctly list an Internet website on a Works Cited page?

Yes, Microsoft Word. Sorry, should have specified that.

Thanks for the link babylaypo, I'm looking at it now.

I also should say I need this in MLA style.

Another question. I have two different articles from the same website I'm using. It has the same author. How do I do I list that in works cited?

Is there only one space after the period on the Works Cited?

Agh I'm so dumb, these Works Cited pages have always confused me.

FYI, for any college student. Endnote is a great program. does all the formatting for you! It rocks! Might not be as worth it for high school. Dunno thought, couldn't hurt!

For paragraph symbols, just go to Tools, select options and under formatting marks check the box that says Paragraph marks.

Amy, do you want the paragraph symbols to show up when you print or just on the screen? Those are probably going to be two different things.

Thanks for your help everyone! :D Thanks ILMAG for the scan. :)

I've noticed it is shown different ways on different websites, books, etc. Well, some show the Title of the website underlined, and some show it in Italics. Some show the website link underlined, and some not.

I think I found the paragraph symbol under Insert, symbol. The teacher said to put like (Woolf ¶ 3) in the text.

Kate, I couldn't get the link you posted to work..

I need to use these two different articles for my paper

I'm probably just blind but I still haven't figured out what to do with the 2 different articles with different titles by the same author.

:o

Oops, sorry. I guess it's one of those things that only works if you are on the campus network. :( Hopefully the links others provided will help.
