I got in the mood of writing a poem. I was thinking about Molly and Daisy the other day while I was at school, (like always :p) and it dawned on me that Daisy will be turning 2 and Molly will be turning 3 in a few months! :( My how time flys...I wrote this poem, just for the occasin. It's a little sappy. :o
The day you walked into my life,
You became very special to me,
It's like all time had stopped for us,
I had forgotten how to breathe.
You were such a playful puppy,
As happy as can be,
I just knew right from the start,
How precious you would be to me.
You comforted me through sad times,
Just like a friend would do,
Everynight I would thank God,
For bringing me to you.
Years go by but that doesn't change a thing,
It just makes my love for you grow stronger,
And appreciate what life brings.
It's true your getting older,
But things will stay the same,
In my heart there is a place for you,
That will never break nor fade.
