I'm so glad to see another dachshund person. We have five dogs - 2 of which are doxies. Here is Max (8 yr. old standard) and Muffin (6 mo. old standard).

These are the two that did the chew marks on the table that you can see right behind them. You'd think by looking at them that they love one another. Well, she loves him and he tolerates her.

They are a laugh a minute, but so doggone cute you can't help but love them!

Great pix! That look on little Muffin's face is priceless. My mom always had doxie's & the first dog I remember was an old doxie girl named Hede (short for Hedwig). Whenever I see the seals at the zoo they always remind me of doxie's

Dick says Max reminds him of a penguin. Max can sit up and the way he holds his front legs really does make him look like one. He's pretty pudgy so he looks like a fat penguin. Now all he needs is the suit.

:D Robinh, your babies are way too cute! I am the "weaket link" when it comes to Doxies. I started with one, then got another..... and another  . My. Mr. T looks just liek yours, and he is a standard too. When we got him they said he was a mini BUT look out. But I wouldn't trade him for anything... he is the greatest dog. Someday maybe I'll have 101......... HA!

Mr. T looks like quite the ham! What a look! Did you all see today's Dog of the Day? Two mini-doxies, as cute as can be

Mr. T looks a lot like Muffin. Has the same markings. This isn't a great picture, but you can see some of her chest and face markings.

I would have more, but Dick says 5 dogs is enough!?! I keep telling him I don't understand.

Muffin is so cute. My Mr. T is on a diet. He grew up to be one big boy. Standard or not he has to lose some weight.
This is him last year at Halloween.
