As it is October 1, Edwina asked me to take her shopping for her Halloween costume. We discussed what would best fit her and here's what we came up with.....

Eddie seems to be having some problems with "W" and "B". When I asked him what he thought of Edwina's costume he said she makes a great ........!

Edwina you look stunning, as usual. Don't pay any attention to Eddie. I think he is just jealous. I think he should consider going as a little devil for Halloween. :D

Eddie is quite funny. Perhaps he could be a clown for Halloween? Edwina shouldn't get to have ALL the fun.

Eddie, I think you should go as either a little devil like momoffuzzyfaces thought, or as a pirate. I can just picture you with a little pirates hat, a bandana, and a little parrot on your shoulder.

I too would like to know when & how she let you know of her fashion acumen. Has Eddie shown any interest in style? Not that he would try on anything from Edwina's closet ;)

In one thing I have to agree with Eddie: Her look makes her a good witch. Witch of course:D
On the other hand I wonder whether a cat that wears hats with such nonchalance can be a witch at all;)

Eddie! Be nice! No wonder Edwina is still giving you the cold shoulder! And you better watch out, she might just put a spell on you and turn you into a chipmunk so she can chase you all over the house!

I have tried to remember when I first started putting hats on Edwina. Her first Christmas there were the reindeer ears.....but I think the first real success was her bridesmaid hat for my wedding. I bought it as a joke when I was out shopping with my husband's nieces at a dog store (they have a Yorkie.) Edwina would let me put it on her and....the rest is history! (BTW...that was May 1998.)

Red is definitely her colour! Vio's hat looked stunning on her, and that little red bow on the _itch's hat is just perfect :D

Miss Edwina, close your ears and don't listen to what that Eddie is saying. You are not a witch, you just simply have your own "personality", one we all know and love. Your hat is simply gorgeous but I think you are missed the cape.
