:D :D :D One of our Huname Society volunteers has a basset hound called Basil B Bassett and he looks just like that. Thanks for the laugh.

I believe that's the pup who just set the record for having the longest ears, isn't it?

Yup! Here's the blurb that was posted with the pic:

Mr. Jeffries claimed the title after his long-eared granddad, Biggles the Hush Puppies shoes model, died last year."

I had three Basset Hounds at one time. Great smart and very silly/entertaining dogs, but those ears! :rolleyes: They would drag them through EVERYTHING and they'd have to have their ears washed off every day. They were very messy pets. Cats are SO much easier!

So, so cute! We saw some Bassets at a hound show a while back, and they were the most fun dogs!
