Isabel certainly left her mark on NC and VA. Thanks for those pictures.

Gracious.

We have friends in Richmond, VA. They lost a tree in their yard and were upset... they took a walk and found that only a few blocks away many houses were completely gone.

They don't feel so bad about losing the tree.

I hope many are able to rebuild swiftly.

I thought the two pictures were real. I followed the link gini posted. I have removed them. Sorry for any confusion. :(

Aw, I am sorry, but those last two pictures aren't true. I received them a couple of times. www.snopes.com has a section
for pictures that are not true - and they are in there.

Sorry.....but the real pictures are sad enough aren't they?

So much damage and too many lives lost.

Oh, I am sorry you did that - they were interesting. It just makes me mad when people sit there and compose these pictures and then pass them off as real. Don't they have anything better to do? Guess not.

I sincerely hope that I didn't offend you - because it sure was not my intention!!

I'm not offended. They were first posted on another bbs I frequent. I have gone back to that other thread, and someone there pointed out they were not Isabel.
