View Full Version : View from my pool

I was swimming tonight and thought everyone would like to see what I get to look at while I'm swimming. We have lots of woods around our house. It's really wonderful. The temperature in the pool was 82 degrees. I swam after bathing the dog.

It's screened in so you don't have to worry about leaves in pool, mosquitos attacking, etc :)

Me too, and I will be even more jealous in a couple of months when you are still able to swim and I am wearing a heavy coat! LOL!

Valerie, I have always been envious of you Floridians with your year round pools! Yours is no exception! And how convenient to have it screened so that the bugs stay out, but you still get to feel the air and sunshine. :) I have always loved driving down I-4 towards Orlando and seeing how many homes have those screened pools in their backyard!!! I want one!!!!! :D

My stepmother's mom has a pool also (she's in Venice, FL) with the screen around it.

I've always wanted an indoor pool, glassed in. Of course that's in my dream house if I ever win the lottery :p :p

I love your pool. Having it screened in must be wonderful...no mosquitos.

Smart of you to have it enclosed. I hear that is many pool owners #1 complaint... cleaning the pool.... :eek: :p :D

Someone asked if I had pics of Duke swimming. He hates water! I was really disappointed in that. Kay, I would love to have your two beautiful dogs in my pool! I'll bet they would have a blast and we could get lots of really good pics. Duke always paces around the pool while I'm swimming.
