Three cats in a window - a first!

I'm in the process of picking a new wallpaper for my dining room and decided to open the window while I decide. Next thing I know all three cats are in the window together. Actually it started out just Ripley and Scout (heart attack) and then Jazz joined. I had to get the camera quick.

By the way, do you like the wallpaper sample on the left of the window? That one is my favorite so far.

I love the burgundy wallpaper it looks so royal and I guess it gives the whole room a completely different look...what do the cats think about the wallpaper?!
Hopefully they'll don't think about it scratchwise?! Do you have to pull off the old wallpaper to attach the new one?! Then keep the cats outside while pulling it off, or they might get an inspiration here (scratch scratch scratch)...teehee;) ;) ;)

Funny you asked. I decided to hold up the four different wallpaper samples to the cats to get their reaction. Jazz and Ripley both head bumped the one I like the most but Scout decided to bite it. She wouldn't even look at the other samples so I'm not sure what her vote is.

As for them scratching it I've figured out how to get around that. We are going to paper above the chair rail and paint in a matching color below.

Today I start pulling off the paper. We are also painting the adjoining living room and we are putting down new carpet in both rooms.

That really is progress to get all three Cats to sit in the window at the same time! It must have been something very interesting, As Arte Johnson used to say! On Laugh In , for the younger people!

ps. If you choose that paper on the left, it will look great, but it will make your room look VERY dark! I would take a lighter shade
