Do any of your dogs sing on command? Daisy does! And she has that low basset "Rooo rooooo!" All we have to say is, "Daisy, howl!" in a high voice and off she goes. Anyway, I have the funniest story about her 'singing'. Daisy never pays attention to the television, but today she was napping on the couch while I did my homework and suddenly Charlotte Church came on and sang a song (you know, that girl with the beautiful opera voice?). Anyway, Daisy woke up and stared intently at the television, it's the first time she actually watched it! She really listened to it! Then a little while later, we asked her to howl. And she howled the highest howl I've ever heard... I didn't think it was possible for a basset to howl that high!!! LOL it was great, she was seriously trying to be Charlotte Church!!! Just thought I'd share that, my mother and I couldn't stop laughing at it http://PetoftheDay.com/talk/smile.gif

My dogs don't sing on command, but my Pug, Bandit, will howl if my daughter sings like the "Munchkins" from the Wizard of Oz. That's the only time he does it. I guess it's like the Mariah Carey-garage door opener thing. http://PetoftheDay.com/talk/smile.gif

That Daisy is the most talented..... A Charlotte Church wannabe??? What will this doggie come up with next? Maybe she and Charlotte and Billy Gillman can do a trio like the Tenors. What an interesting album THAT would be. Hugs to her.
