My birthday is coming up -- And my stepmom said she'll buy me a webcam! :D She said that she won't buy me a cheap one too -- she said she's willing to go around $100 because it's my 16th birthday, and my "champagne" or "royal" birthday too, so it's special lol. What is a good type of webcam? I want one that doesn't blur too much when there is a quick movement.

And I'm in the middle of talking my mom into getting me a scanner -- Does anyone know a good type of scanner?

I can't WAIT until I get to show you my pets on video, and my old baby pictures of my pets, and pics of my former pets!

I can't remember my exact model for my webcam...It's an IBM. I hate it lol. It's basically, get what you pay for.

As for my scanner, it's a MAG dts-3050. I think it's discontinued..but it's pretty okay.

As for a scanner, spend about 100.00can & it'll be good. Just stay away from, dell, compac, ibm, dell, hp, dell, ummmmm oh ya dell & hp.

Ooh that's a cool webcam. I'll see if I can find one like that. :)

As for the scanner, my mom will only spend like 40-60 dollars. Problem is, she missed the sale when I told her to go. She never listens to me grrr. So now she'll either have to pay more, or I'll get stuck with a crappy scanner..

My webcam was around $30. I think it works fine. When used offline it doesn't blur with fast movement. It only does that online because of the slow connection. So I don't know if it matters how good of a webcam you get..you'll probably still get the blur for those with slow connections.

This is what a 20.00can webcam online looks like.

Its dark, because I have no light for Oscar, she hates light & I have it set to the lowest quality my cam can go.
