someone tied a Cat , 1 yearish , Orange and White short hair to the Door of the Ruffin Pet Food Store in the Centre Mall in Hamilton , Ontario. By Law , they have to keep him in a cage there for 3 days , to give the Creeps a chance to claim him. He didnt run away , he was definitely tied to the door. after 3 Days he will be picked up by an already overcrowded SPCA.I have a full house , so if there is anyone in Hamilton that can help , callthe SPCA at 905 574 7722 and ask for the Ruffin Cat. He would be a Good Cat!
