I cannot stay on the internet. We have Norton so I do not think it is the blasterworm as we have been updating frequently. Anyways, it keeps saying that msn has encountered an eternal error and needs to close.
Now here is what I need help with. We damaged our Norton Cd, but we have a burner. I just updated my subscription as well. If you sent all the antivirus stuff to a cd, like burnt it onto a cd from our computer, could we use it if we cleared our whole computer? I don't want to lose my subscription because I just reordered it. Could it be reinstalled from the burned cd? Thanks in advance!!!!:)
