Question - Is the northern Calif. Bar-B-Q/Picnic still on for 4 Oct?

I haven't seen any planning or preparation for the proposed Northern California Bar-B-Que and picnic that was tentatively planned for Sat. 4 Oct. Is it still on? Is the Sacramento member that volunteered to hostess it still interested?

Who all is planning on coming?
