Last one for tonight! Don't want to flood the board!
This is Heyoka. He arrived on November 26, 2003. A soft-hearted animal control officer couldn't put him down--3 times he skipped over Heyoka on euthansia day. He made arrangements to get him into the no kill humane society, who in turn sent him to us to foster until they had a kennel. Within 48 hours, we were in love and we adopted him officially at the end of that first weekend. Heyoka is not a typical malamute--he likes cats, loves other dogs, has no interest in fighting or dominating anyone. He likes to pull, but prefers to play. We think he's about 2 now so he's really just an overgrown puppy! He's a big goofball!
