a serious question

This kitten I want... He needs a home really bad. my question is should I e-mail my dad about it? because if I hide this from him he will never know I want a cat, and I just want the cat to end up in good loving arms not bad ones.

Um well, if you want a cat, you know you're able to financially and able to take care of it.. Why not ask?
