Another clue:

These horses were used in pack and agriculture. Noted for its speed and nice gaits.

-European
-Between 14-15.2hh
-Has a rather long neck for its body size
-Slight feathering on its legs

Nope. There is no such thing as a brown Lippizaner- only when they are foals.

More clues:

It's from Normandy
Resembles British Dales and Fell ponies
Warm blooded
19th Century
Very muscular hindquarters
Name is in the beginning of the alphabet (a,b,c,d,e, etc)
