:p Okay what you do is you have a basket (or a landry basket) then you put all of your puppies toys inside the basket the flip it over so the basket is upside down. He/she will try to the toys out of the basket and if she/he has been trying to get them out you kind of help it out by teaching it to lift up the bastket and it will aventualy get the toys..... you can also put 2 treats or whatever works best for you and your puppy. Enjoy
