Well, I put Fritz into the bathtub as a poodle and he came out as a rat!

Poor Fritz!!! Not your most flattering photo so far, but I know you will dry out to be your beautiful self again! Did you get your mom wet when you shook off all that water? HeHeHe!!!!!

Now you smell so good, your mom will want to hug and love on you a lot!!!!

Everytime I see a new photo of Fritz, it reminds me of my previous dogs. Oh my, he is such a dear heart. How did he like his bath?

Oh, Fritz, you crazy kid! http://PetoftheDay.com/talk/biggrin.gif Nothing that a little mousse and a blow dryer can't fix! You're precious wet or dry! http://PetoftheDay.com/talk/smile.gif

Yup. It sure is funny to see what water can do to a dog's looks. I just started a summer job, bathing at a groomer's shop and it's so funny to see these big hairy Poodles, Cockers, and Shih Tzus look like wet rats! http://PetoftheDay.com/talk/biggrin.gif

Fritz didn't mind his bath too much. At first he kept sliding around but soon realized if he stayed still it's much easier! He went crazy after the bath. Running around all over the place! Hans wouldn't come near for for 2 hours after. I guess he figured he'd be next!

An old fashion bathmat helps that sliding around, but nothing helps a dog that HATES the bath, right Hannah?

Rottie, congratulations on your new job. Should be lots of fun (as long as I don't bring Hannah up there). You'll gain loads of experience working with dogs.

Awww Fritz its okay. Reece looks like a drowned rat after a bath too. He stands really still and stares at me with his eyes asking me why I must torture him. Then when I take him out, WHOOSH. He's all over the house like Fritz, hehe.

KayAnn, you HAVE to post that picture of Simba in the bath! Its soooooooooooo cute!

I just noticed KayAnn put the Simba bath pics in her webshots album. I couldn't resist posting one!

Tanya:
Fritz looks adorable even all wet. And I'm sure he was even more cute with his dry, fluffy coat.
Have you ever tried to hold a 90lbs. dog, covered with shampoo, from jumping out of the bathtub? My first two Goldens use to do just that http://PetoftheDay.com/talk/rolleyes.gif

Thanks! I'm sure Hannah would be fine. I think most of the dogs behave better when they're owners aren't there, either that or almost every dog in there so far are just plain good dogs! http://PetoftheDay.com/talk/smile.gif
