Unfortunately Photoshop is expensive as it is an absolutely professional program.
And if you are a wiz you can do just anything with it -but as it has so many options it can be a little complicated to work with:(

We have it in the office but I can do only some very simple things:(

It takes a lot of learning. I spent over 3 years using Photoshop. Now I'm at the point where I can do a LOT of stuff in it, but I still find myself learning new things I didn't know before occasionally! :D

I have Photoshop Elements. I think it was about $50.00 or something like that. Check out Amazon.com, they might have rebates and such. It can't do everything Photoshop can do, but like the others said, the full blown Photoshop is very expensive, and I figured it was way beyond my capabilities and time to even begin to learn it. But it sure can do wonderful things! :D
