Organic flea control??

Anyone know of anything organic to use in the yard for fleas? I hate using poisons but we’ve spotted a few. Of course now I decide it’s time for Frontline. This is the first year that we haven’t used it and of course now we have fleas.

Also, I know of a few people who have tried the Adams Flea and Tick yard spray, but I don't think that is organic....
