Avatar Question Help!!

I just have one quick question about avatars. I have one made, but I don't know how to put it into the spot. Where do I put the picture?

Save it into a folder or somewhere, go down to profile where it says change avatar, click it, it should take you to a page where theres a button that says browse, click that, find the avatar in a folder or wherever it is, and click it. It should work then. :)
