Lady's trip to the beach (pics)

Well...I guess all the pics of everyone's dogs at the beach kind of "inspired" me to take Lady to the beach, for the first time! It might sound kind of weird, but she really doesn't get along with other dogs, and there is a whole dog walk place there, so we've never really thought about taking her. But when she won DOTD, my mom and I took her there as a special treat. :)

Now don't laugh...my mom took a lot of the pics so a lot have me in them. My hair's not really like that though...it's just the wind. :o

It wasn't too cold there, it was about uhh.. 65 degrees w/ the wind and all. Kind of chilly, but not that much. :)

Lady is so beautiful!!!!!!! Looks like she had lots of fun. I can't get over how pretty Lady is. Were not allowed to take dogs on our beaches. It's the law, signs are posted every where. But they love to play in the sprinkler.

Great pictures!! Was this Lady's first time at the beach? Has she been to a lake or river before. Draker loves swimming. When I lived in GA, my house was by the lake! Drake went swimming all the time. Last summer was his first time to the ocean. He didn't really like the big waves and salty water at first, but quickly got used to it. We take him to Panama City Beach every chance we get. It's only an hour or so away fro Ft. Rucker.

She looks like she had a marvelous time, Britt!!! What fun. Honey and Lilly have only been to the beach once, and I hate that, as they loved it so much. It is a long ride to the beach, from here, and they only got to go because we found a lady who would rent us her house (which was about a mile from the ocean), but it was definitely worth it!!

Lady, I hope you get more visits to the beach, even if you're not going to be the Dog of the Day to get there!!! I'm sure you're Britt's Dog of the Day everyday anyway!!! :)
