Roses and the neighbor's cat

I felt I had to send some pictures of the roses in my garden. On the street in front of the house I met a neighbor's cat in communicative mood. I do not even know where he belongs (seems to be a neutered tom) but I had to introduce him.

Wow, they look wonderful! the third picture looks like a rose bush we have in the garden - they smell wonderful!! I have to dig them up and place them somewhere else - when do I do it??

Your roses are breathtaking Barbara! My mom has a green thumb and her garden is very pretty, but don't tell her that your roses are the most beautiful I've seen. ;)

What a pretty thread this is! We have beauty all around us and sometimes we don't even stop and take it in in our hustle and bustle every day lives. Roses and cats, what a beautiful combination! Thank you for posting this!

PS ~ Like Randi, I have a rose bush that I would like to move at some point. Do you know when the correct time is to do this?

Thanks for the pictures. We have had a cool spring and so no roses yet. Those are the fragrant kind that I like. Neighbor cats we have.:D
