Weird show? lol

I was watching this show and these animal control ppl were trying to take in these wild Rotties and they showed the dog and put a black strip over its eyes (the dog) lol It's funny if you think about it, like they're saying "So no one can identify the dog!!!" I'm guess the dog has gross eyes and shouldn't be shown on TV though?? it was weird though..

Did they change the sound when the dog barked too, like they do when people do interviews and don't want to be recognized by their voice?:D

lol that would have been cool, but no, the dogs didn't bark..I mean I doubt the dogs eyes were even that back so why not show them?! lmao
