My dad said I can get a digital camera once school is out (yaay :D) but he wants to get one that has 3+ megapixels. Does anyone here have any? I haven't had much luck finding a nice cheap one. Can anyone help me out? Thanks :)

I've got a Kodak 3.2 and it's the easiest thing in the world to use!! Good luck in your search.

I have a jamcam 3.0 digital camera :D It's really easy to use, it's pretty much like a regular camera. And it's blue and sparkly! :D Blue and sparkly, that's all that matters :p

Ours is a 3-megapixels! We have it since last November, and it really is a very good one.
It is a "Fuji Finepix A 303" :)

thanks everyone. :D I think a 4 megapixel would be ideal. I'll keep the ones mentionned in mind though. Anyone have a 4 megapixel digicamera? :)

lol, I'll be using my sweet sixteen money to pay for it. :D I would have used the money to pay for my grad ring but I decided not to get it and get the camera instead. They would both come out to about 400$ anyways...:)

I have a Kodak EasyShare DX4330 and it's 3.1 megapixels. I could have gotten a 4 megapixel one but it was more and it didn't have the video feature. I don't think it had the zoom feature as well either.

It has 10x zoom (3x optical, 3.3x advanced digital) and it prints up to 11x14 inches.

Honestly, since I can only print 8x10 anyway, I think the 3.1 is just fine, the pics turn out great and are very high quality. :)

I think my camera was around $300 new winter 2002.

Thanks Amy. I'm really looking into the EasyShare. We saw some nice ones yesterday and my mom kept looking for the EasyShare so I'm prob gonna get that one. And your pics turn out nice usually so maybe a 3.1 pixel one would be okay. Thanks everyone. :D Any more? ;)

If you want I can email you a photo taken on high resolution/full size so you can see just how BIG it is...the ones I post on here are resized very small/cropped, plus they are blurry from uploading them to imagestation.

Staples has an HP 3.3 pixel advertised inthis weeks paper for $199. I haven't heard to much about the HP's but was sorta considering it....

It's not so much the price but because my cousin has a camera with lower pixels and when she tried to send them via e-mail they came out really dark and blurred. My dad also said that we need a higher one because of the kind of computer we have. I don't know but as long as I get a camera with good pics I'm happy ;)

Thanks for bringing that up, but we don't have a Staples here. Just a Bureau En Gros that doesn't really carry that kind of stuff.

That's the camera I just got. :D

I am real happy with it because it is soooo easy to use
and it takes really nice pics too.
(the movie pics came out a little on the dark side)
I didn't even need the Dock either.

I paid $300.00, and if you buy on-line at either Best Buy
or Circuit City by 05-24th, you get a $50 store gift card rebate.

I have a Canon Power Shot G2 and it's a 4.0 megapixel camera. It can also take short videos. I bought it online about a year ago. It was kind of expensive but I love it. It has so many features that I haven't even used yet. Good luck with your digital camera shopping.:D Here are a few links that might help you http://pcworld.pricegrabber.com/search_attrib.php/page_id=48/mode=pcw_002dcam/ut=c7236d1c2cd48cc1 and http://www.newsearching.com/digitalcameras/digitalcameras.html. Good luck. :D
