Yes, I've seen it and plan on watching it again tonight. The people go through a lot but sure look amazing in the end. :D

I love this show. I like it for a couple of reasons.
First of all, they choose people who truely need this stuff and appreciate it for the positive changes in their lives and self esteem. They don't choose people who are trying to make it in Hollywood, but they want people we can all identify with in one way or another.
Secondly, I like that they improve each person, but don't make them look like a stranger. They look like a better version of themselves.

Personally, I think it is a glimpse at the positive side of plastic surgery.
