has anyone ever tried on, or ever bought birkenstock shoes? oh they are foot heaven!

but at $100.00 I could not afford them , I will get them when I have some money again...:)

For comfortable shoes, you should check out "Diesels" I don't have a pair but my sister and about every person in school does and they are supposed to be *super super* comfortable :D

I've never heard of birkenstock shoes before :confused:

Yes, my sister-in-law *loves* Birkenstocks. She has at least 10 pairs...maybe even more. She swears by them!!!!

Shoes....did I hear someone say shoes? *ears prick up* Hehe. Try www.birkenstockcentral.com They have shoes in the bargain section for as low as $39.00 sometimes. :D If you know your size it's a good way to go. I'm a hairdresser and I work 10 hour days with no lunches so I live in my birkies when I'm off work.

Birks are great shoes--so comfortable. I've had mine for about 5 years now--I got them at a department store for about $40--check for sales!!

Yes, I have a pair, but they weren't nearly $100!! I got them at Costco for ...I think... around $30. It was awhile ago though. But yeah, they are really comfortable! :)

My Dad LIVED in Birkenstocks! I'd buy him a new pair every year for his birthday (they're about $65 here). I don't have a pair myself, but I'm thinking about it. They last forever!

I love my birkies. all of them. i usually get them at "shoes on a shoestring" or another discount chain.

but i have ordered them online too. once you know your size....

i just got the birkenstock "maryjanes" for christmas. i LOVE them.

Here "Mephisto"'s are considered as the best shoes for our feet. But :rolleyes: they are so very expensive :eek: :eek: I think that the cheapest are about 150 $ ...

Ooooh! I have the mary jane style ones, too. They're great for work when my feet are really sore.
