Interesting story- I could not read it all because it's too sad (especially the cat ).

However, the story about the Mariner Moose was cute, and being from the Seattle area, I'm a Mariner fan! Even one of my cats likes to watch baseball. :p :D

Seattle:
17 wins, 9 loses

Anahiem:
12 wins, 14 loses

however, I think that Anah. just won today and it looks not too good for Seattle right now (behind something like 5-1 in N. York, 7th inning)

This sure is a controversial subject! :p :D

I hate stupid people. I wish the guy who killed the ram would have been locked up and the key thrown away.

It's too bad that athletes won't be spokesmen for animals instead of killing them.

However the moose story was cute.

York,
i think you guys are already here......the 'hawks are a mariner affilate..

they have a nice little stadium out in the desert...in the afternoon the wind blows in from left field.....towering home runs turn into pop flies just behind the short stop.....it's pretty funny, you hear a "crack" and the ball starts to head out, makes a u-turn and comes back in!!!

Richard,
Sometimes those smaller venue games are more fun. You can get closer tp the action
I got to see Ken Griffey Jr. quite a few years ago play for the Bellingham, WA Mariners- that was pretty cool.
(of course too, it was before he became so injury prone ;) )
