how do you get the little icons underneath your name (not your signature)? I really want to know. Could someone please help me?

First you have to find a picture that you want.
It has to be 70 by 70 pixels, and can see the size if you right click the picture and then look under the size. You go under User Cp on the top, and click on EDIT OPTIONS. Then you find where is says Custom Avatar, and have it say yes. Then you click browse and find your pic!
