View Full Version : I'm going back to school!!!!

I just wanted to let everyone know how excited I am to finally to be going back to school to finish my veterinary classes. I will be majoring in veterinary sciences/biology and will hold a minor in genetics. :D


Just three more years to go until I reach the "I passed the state veterinary exam!" bragging rights! Whoo hooo!!!!


I think I am going to take some specialist classes for exotics as well. :)

Congratulations! Does Dylan get to go, too? (I was two when my Mom went back to school. I went to most of her classes while she got her Masters. Despite me, she did it in two years, and, as I was with her for classes, I tell people I had my masters before I hit kindergarten!

hehe I had to chuckle when I read that. I am not taking classes on the weekdays, but if I did they do have child care available. I want to take it slow as it's been a couple years since I was in school. I want to get used to it slowly, and I need to set aside time for my family, skin and furry alike. :)


But I just want to get this done with! I have been so intersted in genetics lately and I just want to take some classes. Like I said in another post, the human body just facinates me, and genetics is part of that. :D


I actually want to do that to better understand animal genetics though, but even a basic understanding helps a lot. :D I have just had this drive to go back to school this month and I can't take it anymore. lol I just want to know things I guess. :p

Plus I want to be the "ratty" vet. :D
