I got some new pictures of Huney! She is growing so fast! I don't even know how old she is any more! I rember when she was only 3 months old and soo small! Shei s growing up to be a very well behaved and lovable friend for my sister. Huney is a pomeranian btw.

Nope :( her fur is just like that. There is such a thing as a smooth coat pom and we think that is what she is.

I need to take more pictures of Teddy, poor guy hasn't had his coat brushed in a long time, my mom is to lazy :rolleyes: so I'll go over today and brush it and take pictures for you.

I've never heard of one and couldn't find anything on the net about them. Where did you find out about them?

Are you sure there's such thing as a smooth coated pom? I tried looking it up, but I couldn't find anything :confused:

Hmm, I'll have to ask my sister if thats what they are called? There is such thing as a diffrent type of coat? Maybe its not called smooth coat? My sister's book said it, its all about poms. She said that some pom's do look like that. I thought it was called something but I guess I was wrong? My sister says she didn't like the poof so she clips her, ;) but she is lying, she got a pom cause she loves there poofieness, lol. :D

My book of dogs doesn't mention a smooth-coated Pom, but it does say their coat takes three years to reach it's full maturity - aka puffiness! How old is she? She's certainly a spoiled girl velvet pillow and all! ;)

That makes us feel better! We look at her boyfriend Casey and he is 6 months and extremly poofy! Then there is 4 month old Huney with no poof to show off :( :D

I've seen tiny pom puppies and they were "poofy" lol... her fur actually almost looks like a long-haired chihuahua...

She sure is cute though! Actually, I'd *prefer* to have less coat, poms are not fun to brush out!!

My old pom Polly was long coated, but her fur was long and silky, like a yorkie's...kind of odd, but she was purebred :D

Huney is a cutie pie. It takes any where from 2 to 3 years for the coat to come in. And alot depends on the breeding of the litter.
