I'm so sorry,

If love alone could have made him better I'm sure he would have been an immortal fish. You loved him and I'm sure he will always remember you for that.

I'm sorry Britt :( I know how you love your fishies. Its very hard on me when one of my fish dies so I feel your pain.

I am so sorry for your loss. My boyfriend's Betta boy is looking a bit shabby and underweight this last week, and I'm starting to worry for him. He's a good old age, but we're not ready to let him go....

Thanks everyone.
Today Ocean moved into Kelsey's old 'apartment'. Aqua is in a decent-sized bowl next to the tank (since it only has four areas for the Bettas, and I didn't want to tease Aqua by putting her in a small compartment in the tank while the others are swimming free), but of course only after a water change.
I still miss Kelsey, but I guess that's selfish of me, I mean, at least he's free of pain now. I bet he's swimming around in a nice bowl with endless boundaries, and tons of ornaments! :)

Thanks for the kind words everyone.:)

Oh Britt, I'm so sorry I missed this thread...!
Poor Kelsey:( ! Do you know what was wrong with it? Was it sick? Or just old?
And, what kind of fish was Kelsey?

Don't mourn to much, Kelsy is now happily swimming under the RB, with several of our fishes (we lost 2 koi's last year --> were stolen by a huge bird)
