So, here's a little poll.....how much is gas where you live? I have to use supreme unleaded in my car and it was $2.02 a gallon! $15 only filled the tank 3/4 and I drive a Del Sol....I couldn't believe it.
How about you?

Once upon a time, it was $1.50 or less..............
Hmm, I think it is $1.51 here! Costs me approx $20 to fill my Camry up.

LOL. We have two cars to fill so it ends up being $60-70 a week! :eek: JUST on gas! If we go on long drives, its more! :(
Regular unleaded is running about $2.09 - $2.19
Supreme is running $2.29 - $2.49
My '99 Jetta is averaging about $25 dollars per fill up for Supreme
My husbands '95 Integra is about $22 dollars per fill up for Supreme
It's just getting out of hand here in the Bay Area. San Francisco is getting hit the hardest.

It's 88.4 cents a litre up here. Multiply that by 4 and you have an approximate equivalent to a gallon, which is $3.54. Convert to American funds: ~$2.44 a gallon.

It's about 2.30 a gallon here in New Zealand, if my conversion is correct. But I think it's always been around that. America tends to have cheaper oil than NZ.

$1.65 a gallon! :eek: I enter the gas receipts for the service techs at work...and it is now $20-25 a pop, and they each fill up about twice a week. It adds up so fast!!

regular unleaded averages $1.60 now, I don't even LOOK at super unleaded :eek:
Charlie puts under $20 a week in his car, but mine goes 3 weeks between fill ups......ha ha. (just don't drive all that much)
Sweden is supposedly one of the countries with the most expensive gas... But since I don't drive myself I have no idea of the exact price (nor do I know how much an American gallon would be in liters).
Depending on the grade you get (premium, regular, etc.) it goes from around $1.60 to $1.80.

Anywhere between $1.56 & $1.89, it all depends on what grade. I put the cheap stuff in & it costs me like $13 to fill my tank up (& that's only for 1/4 tank of gas:eek: ) I'd hate to be on empty!

I filled up both cars this week. Both use premium unleaded gas and it was $1.69/gallon. I saw it had gone up to $1.71 just this morning. Regular unleaded is about $.20/gallon less. It is costing close to $40/car when they are almost empty, only my car goes a lot further on a tank of gas than Scott's does, but the tanks are about the same size.

Unleaded = 1.53 - 1.55
Super = 1.54 - 1.60
Takes me about $14 - $15 to fill up my lil Neon every week or so.
If they were so loud I'd think of switching to a deisel pick up truck cuz diesel is about 1.35 right now!

It's a little cheaper in Southern Ontario....it ranges but we've been getting approx. 80 - 82 cents/litre.
I remember a time when I thought 65 cents/litre was high! Oh, those were the days!!

Wow! I remember the "good ol days" when gas was only $1.69/gallon...for the cheap stuff....now it's $2.17! :eek: Ugh! Plus, with all my commuting, I fill up at a minimum of once a week...sometimes twice. It really adds up after awhile! :rolleyes:

By my home regular unleaded is running $2.03 a gallon, but across town in Santa Monica it is running $2.23.............

WOW! You people are complaining about $1.50 +-?!?! That's our LOWEST! We're grateful when that's the price! LOL
And my dad has a thing. He won't put ANY gas but super unleaded in his car. Not even unleaded. Nope. Its gotta be SUPER! LOL

When I came to school this morning (after our 2 hour delay :D ) regular unleaded was $1.69 and it went up 9 or 10 cents with each upgrade.

Guess I won't complain about the price here - think its about $1.76. I still will complain! LOL I used to always put the best gas in but, many experts say you don't need it unless for certain cars or weather etc. Glad my van dosen't need it.

Driving in to work this morning the cheapest I saw was 82.9. It usually hits it's low on Fri or Sat then skyrockets on Mondays. At the beginning of this week it was 89.9. Ouch! I drive a 97 chevy blazer.

You're complaining about your lowest being $1.50!!! Our lowest is $2.09!!!!!! It hasn't been $1.50 in the Bay Area for nearly a year and a half!!!!
My husband and I only put super unleaded in our tanks.... $2.39- $2.49 per gallon!!!:eek: :eek:

I can use the regular-unleaded - last week it was $1.92 a gallon. Super tends to be 10 cents more, and super-super tends to be another 10 cents more.
Fortunately I drive an economy car. And to think that just a few months I was thinking of getting an SUV (well, a little SUV like a Tribute or a CRV). :eek:
It is $1.85 to $1.88 here depends what grade you get I've seen places around here more then that though. It takes about $20 to fill up the car. It use to only take about $10 to fill it up.

It always goes up on Thursday and today was no different...regular unleaded now sits at $1.79.

Here is a site that updates each Monday night at 5pm with the latest avg. on gas prices. Seems like some place charge a lot more, even in the same city. Costco is at $1.77.9 now. Still sounds better than in Calif. :eek:

I filled up my truck Monday, cheap gas was $1.54 per gallon.
A local radio station has been giving prices of other items. For example: Avian water would be something like $5.00 per gallon (I don't recall what it actually was).

It seems every couple of days the gas prices keep
creeping up a couple of cents.

A man filled up his suburban on the news and the price
came to $50.00. I almost had a heartach for him. lol
I can't wait till the car manufaturers come up with

I haven't filled up in about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks, but when I went past the gas station on Ft. Hood (where I live) yesterday, I noticed that it was $1.50 / $1.56 / $1.62. Luckily, in my Camry, we can make it about 2 to 3 weeks (sometimes 4) before we have to fill up again. My husbands truck however goes through twice as much gas as I do in only 1 to 2 weeks (2 when I really push him to conserve it and make it last)! :)

When I left Michigan (I filled my tank before I left) the cheapest price for gas was $1.64/gallon. CT is up to $1.68/gallon for regular unleaded. Can't wait to see how much it costs when I return home.
Just saw on the news that gas prices are averaging about $4.00 per/gallon around San Diego!!!
