Toasted banana bread with a thin spread of butter on top.

Took it from the table and dragged it to the carpet (where else would you spill food, somewhere easy to clean like the tiles? )

At least he has good taste I guess!

You cheeky Tabasco :D
I understand , being sunday you needed a special breakfast.Don't you? As humans don't care about cat's sundays, you help yourself ! :D

Oh Tabasco is so beautiful and getting big!

Around here, we stick to eating the food our cats hate, or they will try to steal it also.

Can we see pix of Pickles too?

:)

I can't blame him, I'd steal it too (sounds really yummy!):)

Sure, while I'm horrifying the world with our cats' dreadful table manners!

Would you like cream or ice cream with your apple pie?

Tabasco and Pickles are both getting so big! It looks like they are getting into everything too!:)
Do you have any new photos of Mini and Jasmine? I would love to see some new ones of them too.;)

My have they grown!!!!

All my cats like to eat butter or magarine. They go crazy for it. Today I went grocery shopping and I found Houdini in one bag that contained two 2 lb. salmon filets trying to get to them so she could have a tasty snack, hehe. :p

Your kitties are just adorable! Do they like anything else unusual? Houdini LOVES peas!!! Isn't that funny? :D

Beautiful kitties! Did you make the banana bread yourself? If not, I have a killer recipe...

Pickles and Tabasco sure love good food don't they. :) They sure are cute and are growing up so fast. I'd love to see more pics of them and the rest of your gang. :)

Nutmeg is my junk food junkie. This afternoon I had some scrambled eggs (I hadn't eaten anything all day, so I had eggs at 4:30pm LOL) and she wanted them SO bad. She also tried to steal my buttered toast off the plate.

She also LOVES cheese.. especially if it's melted. I can't eat nachos, pizza, or cheese whiz on toast without assistance  :D

Oh, I've been missing pictures of my favorite four-cats-gang :)
They both grow a lot. Pickles has the most beautiful fur.
Nicole, don't worry, Juni does the same. My mom was "horified" (using your word) when she saw Juni eating from our plates  . Less now, that I am giving her favorite food, she doesn't beg and she doesn't steal so much (but still...)

Ou indoor cats don't have too much possibilities to show hwat purrfect hunters they are so they must at least hunt some banana bread from time to time:D
I love Tabasco and Pickles. Meezers are also cats with high "get-into-trouble-frequency" just like Abys.

Soledad: I'd be interested in the killer recipe!

OH!

Pickles, you are so creamy! I want YOU on my ice cream!

I wish I could see your eyes. Can you give Mommy a nice picture of your eyes, baby?

You're a true "cat meowmee" when you run to get the camera instead of taking the food away! Its what I would do! But, our cats steal food and wolf it down....daddy isn't as nice as meowmee! ;)

I may have a wierd sense of humor, but I think its hilarious when cats do that. Its like a game to them and then they savor their prize...seeing that first picture made me laugh out loud! :)

Basil and Olivia are our food stealers. This weekend, Olivia stole the crust from a piece of toast I was eating! It was too funny....not to hubby of course.

Hey, when you see an opportunity you go for it! Yeah Tabasco! Love the name! Speckles stole a pork chop bone off my plate once and dragged it behind the Christmas Tree. I found it a day later...

Miss Meow

Ewwww Slick! I'm glad we don't eat pork chops!!!

This is the only 'new' pic I have. I posted it on General the other day so you may have seen it.

My in-laws-to-be are staying for a few days in April. They don't have pets so I'm secretly dreading what antics the cats are going to get up to!

Do I smell a vegetarian???

Hee, hee! Vegetarian or not, they hit the "mother lode!" :D I'd love to come for a meal at your house! you must be one fabulous cook. You post the best recipes! No wonder the kitties feel the urge to "indulge!":) Soledad, please post your banana bread recipe on the "Recipe" thread!!! Yum!

Soledad

Vegetarians usually have the best recipes because they have to think about their food a little more.

I still have to make that spinach-lentil soup you've posted. I get major spinach cravings.

At any rate, I will dig up the banana bread recipe to end all banana bread recipes...

Oh oh, busted!!! I don't eat meat, but I eat fish sometimes and have leather on my feet, so I don't call myself a real vego. I actually just made that comment as I'd hate to have decaying meat substances lying around the house awaiting discovery - but you are very perceptive!

Please post the banana bread recipe - I will definitely try it. The one we made was a bit heavy and sunk after it came out of oven. Not that the little blue-eyed monster minded

Actually there was no meat left on the bone. It had been chewed off by yours truly. I'm just thankful that Speckles did not bite into it and get something lodged in her tummy. I'm much more careful now.

I love this family pic of all four of them together! Here is a caption.

Tabasco is saying to Mini (Daddy) " But I'm hungry! Can't I have some more of that banana bread?" ;)
