Do you give your dog Breath mints?? I got some for Malone and gave him one a day. I ran out last week, and all of a sudden I noticed the difference!! Whew! Smelly pup!! I just got him some more on Friday. They are Yip Yap brand and come in a little blue tin. Definitely worth it.

Thanks, that's good to know. The offenders here are more often the cats after they have a dinner of canned seafood! :o I wonder if there is such a thing for kitties???? :D

We also have Yip Yaps and the girls love them. Also, Charcoal biscuits made by Old Mother Hubbard do wonders for smells from the other end :)

I haven't tried that, but maybe I should! :)

I have Yip Yaps too, I tried something from Pedigree (I forget what they were called)--Kito ate one, and threw it up. Now, he doesn't like the Yip Yaps either (just because he is a pain:rolleyes: ), but Abbey will eat anything. Kito licks candy canes, and they help his breath:)

that's good to know if we ever need them. :) mickey doesn't really have bad breath, unless he's just woken up.

Thanks for bringing this up Anna. I knew we talked about Yip Yaps before, but just couldn't remember the name:)

Drake's breath is not bad at all. He gets his teeth brushed daily. This helps alot. I do have Yip Yaps though. He sometimes digs into nasty stuff and his breath becomes unbearable. those Yip Yaps work right away!

Souraya, You are a good mommy. :)

I tried brushing Rocky's teeth, but gave up.
So needless to say when he
reaches 4 or 5 years old, he is off
to the vets for his 2nd teeth cleaning.

Yes, Souraya you ARE a good Mommy!! :) I don't think i would have the patience to try and brush Malone's teeth everyday. We shoot for once a week. Mostly he just likes to eat the tooth paste. ;)
