This is my Polly Paws. She's a former semi- feral who has made herself quite comfy in the house over the last 21 months!

Yum! A pretty chocolate kitty with a white bib. And smart and lucky too.

Miss Polly Paws seems to be as posh as Lady Edwina. They could be the heroines of a 19th century cat novel.....

what a beautiful cat miss Polly Paws is !!!
A question : is being a polydactal bad ? Does it hurt ? does it need special care ? and do their kittens have it too ??
I have NEVER seen this before!

Polydactyl questions:

It normally doesn't hurt. I have a purrsonal;) theory that polydactyly (Is that a word??) is the evolution of opposable thumbs in cats.

Sometimes a tiny toe will grow between the main and side "paw". Care must be taken to clip this claw, or it will become ingrown. In my sole exception to be anti-declaw, sometimes it's best that this toe be amputated.

Of course, there are several more toenails to clip!;) :p

She is a stunning cat. Very unique coloring. The blue eyes are gorgeous.

What is the history of the 6 toes cats. I know some belonged to Hemmingway, but I'd love to know the whole story.
