Did anyone see this photo? (http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&ncid=996&e=3&u=/030222/161/3c2wt.html) They had a "Cat Pride" march in Rome. If I brought any of my cats to a public place with lots of people and other cats, they'd be mighty upset with me. A funny photo though, the guy is dressed up like a gladiator.

Super !! When we were in Rome , we saw so many abandoned cats ..; it is good to bring this problem to people's attention!!!

But there are also some places where the stray cats are fed and taken care of, e.g. the cimitero acattolico (the non-catholic cemetery where Shelley is buried). The cats there are well fed and we even had a cat guide showing us around :)

The cat of the pic looks as if it would prefer to show his pride less in public....

I would love to attend a Cat Pride parade , but my furkids would have quite a different reaction , as they do not like to leave the Hotel.
