Some time ago we had a discussion about ticks and I can't remember where it was, but this is close. I just found Bella's first tick on her and it was attached to her lower eyelid!!! Fortunately hubby was able to very gently pull it off. Boy I hate those things!!

i have heard of a wonderful thing that gets rid of all pests w/ exoskeletons and worms (evcept eartworms). i'm sorrry that i don't have any links. Diatomaceous Earth (food grade.) do some searches on the stuff. after all sorts of talks i've seen on some forums i go to, i'm planning on getting some of this stuff sametime this week.
