Banners...

I had a banner program on my moms computer that you guys suggested. It was only a 30 day free trial. But now that we haev moved I would love to get it again and make some more banners. Can anyone tell me what program they use or recomend??

I know Ulead Photo Impact has a banner thing in it..I think Paintshop Pro does too
